Absolute best mass gainer available. this product really delivers, i would reccommend it to anyone who wants to put on serious lean muscle mass. ive been using this product fairly consistantly for ill say over a year now(i stick with fudge brownie) and it has definately helpped me in all aspects of training. from increase size, strength, as well as decreased DOMs. Also my workouts just dont feel the same without it. for me i take it postworkout and i feel like ive gained better results from doing this. truely a remarkable product that will continue to be apart of my supplement regimen forever

This stuff is awesome! I gained a load of mass using this. I really recommend this. Definitely worth it. I have tried Fudge Brownie (awesome!!) and Vanilla, and just ordered Cinnabun... can't wait!
